Place 12 ounces melted semi-sweet chocolate in a bowl and stir in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Working with one at a time, dip 6 of the strawberry hearts into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to lift out and tap on the edge so that the extra chocolate drips off. Transfer to a cooling rack to set.

Place 8 ounces melted pink candy melts in a small squeeze bottle with a very small tip. Pipe onto the white and semi-sweet chocolate covered strawberries Valentines message such as "DM me," "Hot Stuff," "You wish," "XOXO," "BAE," "Luv Me" or "Send Noods".

Repeat piping process with melted semi-sweet chocolate onto the pink covered strawberries.
