Cauliflower Pasta and Cheese Gratin
To save time this may be prepared earlier in the day to be baked later, careful not to overcook the cauliflower and the pasta as it will become too soft when cooked in the oven --- this is also great using broccoli
Chocolate Heart Cookies
I found this last year in the "Taste of Home" magazine. They were an instant hit and left everyone craving more. Excellent for Valentines especially, but they are good any time of the year. I dip them in the milk chocolate and drizzle white - though the recipe calls for it the other way, you can chose to reverse the amounts between white and milk chocolate chips according to your taste.

These are so quick and easy. I make them after dinner that way they are nice and gooey. You will need 4 small ramekins. My oven is weird so I cook for maybe 9 minutes I check often to mke sure they are still jiggly. After remving from oven I run a knife around the edges before unmolding.
